Responsibilities
To adequately perform the duties of this job the coworker is regularly and routinely required to sit; stand, walk, climb ladders, stoop, use hands to finger, handle controls; hear, talk, and be comfortable with working heights. The coworker frequently is required to reach with hands and arms. The coworker must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds (review and modify this weight as appropriate). Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
Work Environment
The work environment noise level is usually moderate but will vary occasionally. The work environment will subject coworkers to continual interruptions and changing priorities. Effective, consistent, and constant communication with customers, vendors, coworkers, and others is required.

Responsibilities
- Perform Job Site inspections related to gathering information for roof repairs and reroofing.
- Accuracy of Estimates and Labor Calculations
- Maintain positive working relationship with customers and clients to meet company standards of excellence.
- Reports to manager on sales as required and requested.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Knowledge of Commercial Roofing Systems, Installation, and Repair practices
- Knowledge of customer service principal and practices
- Skill in operating personal computer and programs such as scheduling, spreadsheet, database, and word processing software.
- Skill in verbal and written communication
- Ability to handle a variety of tasks.
- Ability to perform accurate data entry.
- Ability to perform mathematical skills related to measurements of areas related to construction.
